Special Resolution: The meeting will consider a special resolution to distribute a 5.5% bonus share to shareholders based on the paid-up capital as of Ashadh 2081.
Approval of Annual Report: The meeting will discuss and approve the annual report of the Board of Directors presented.
Appointment of External Auditor: The meeting will appoint an external auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82 and determine their remuneration.
