First Microfinance Dividend Declared for FY2080/81

First Microfinance Laghu Bitta Sanstha Ltd. has announced a 9.47% dividend for 2080/81. The dividend comprises a 9% bonus shares and a 0.47% cash dividend.

The dividend declaration was made in a board of directors meeting held on 14 Kartik 2081. The dividend will be paid after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and will be proposed at the upcoming annual general meeting.
