The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved Right Shares for several companies for the fiscal year 2081/82. One company that has received SEBON's approval is Balephi Hydropower Limited.

This means that for every 1 share a shareholder currently holds, they will be eligible to purchase one new share at a reduced price.
