Mandakini Hydropower Ltd. a prominent energy player in Nepal, recently announced will hold its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 22 November 2024 at 8:00 AM at Nepali Chulo Pvt. Ltd., Lazimpat, Kathmandu. The meeting will discuss various matters related to the company's annual report, financial statements, auditor appointment, and dividend distribution.

Proposals to be discussed in the meeting:

General proposals:

• The shareholders will discuss and approve the company's performance and activities for the fiscal year 2080/81, as well as its balance sheet, profit and loss account, changes in equity, cash flow statement, and other related financial information.
• Auditor Appointment: The appointment of auditors for the upcoming fiscal year 2081/82 and their remuneration.
• Dividend Distribution: A cash dividend of  0.2632% amounting to Rs. 16,20,983.20 for tax purposes.
• Bonus Shares: Issuance of 5% bonus shares from accumulated profits.
• New Project: Construction of the Upper Sardi Khola Hydropower Project (2.9 M.W.).
• Investment: Investment in Dolphin Power Pvt. Ltd. and repayment of bank loans.
• Right Shares: Issuance of 1:1.25 rights shares after bonus share distribution.
• Registered Office: Relocation and amendment of related documents.
• General Authorization: Authorization to the Board of Directors for necessary amendments and changes.
